Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are by reservation only. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to treatment. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a serious medical condition, please consult your physician before booking.
Payment & Insurance
We accept debit, credit, cash, and e-transfer. Direct insurance billing is available for most extended health benefits. Patients are responsible for any amounts not covered by their insurance plan.
Liability
Adriana Wellness Clinic and its therapists are not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that occur as a result of treatment, except in cases of negligence. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that massage therapy involves inherent risks and agree to assume those risks.
